2. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with the Consumer Law, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Cosmetics, hygiene products, and underwear (if the packaging has been opened).

• Perishable goods or products past their expiration date.

• Products without original packaging, used, or damaged items.

3. Refund Process

• Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected within 7 business days.

• For items that meet return conditions, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

• The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

• Credit card refunds are usually completed within 1–10 business days, depending on the bank.

4. Shipping Fees

• For returns made at the customer’s discretion (e.g., dislike, wrong order) or under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

• In cases of defective or incorrect product delivery, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are possible only if the requested item is in stock.
